All tracks, mix and/or mastered need to be paid in advance. You can book this with the online booking service on the website. That way you can make a payment with iDeal and Paypal.

As soon as the payment is in, the multitracks/stems are delivered in the right way, the mix and/or master will be scheduled. See Services for extra details about how to deliver your multitracks/stems.

All recording hours need to be paid in advance and can only be refunded when cancelled 24 hours before scheduled session.

Invoices have a standard payment term for 14 days. If the payment has not been made within this term, you will receive a payment reminder. If the payment isn’t in within 7 days after the payment reminder, extra collection costs will be charged. (Legally 16% of the open balance, starting at €50,00)

Quotations will be send through e-mail and are only binding for 14 days after being send.

Create a folder with the name of the song, key and bpm using the files below:

• The mono/stereo tracks/stems from the instrumental should be delivered with fx.
• The mono/stereo tracks/stems from the vocals should be delivered without fx and with fx.
• Add a reference song, this can be a link to Spotify.

The package can be send with online upload services like Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer in 24bit WAV format.

All mixed and/or mastered tracks will be delivered as a stereo file; mix/master, instrumental + acapella in Wav 16bit, Wav 24bit and mp3 format after the mix/master is approved.

If you would like more stems or multitracks, these will be delivered by hour rate.

I am a certified Apple Digital Masters provider, formely known as Mastered For iTunes. If you need a ADM master, let me know in the extra info box during check out. There is no extra charge. Click here if you need to know more about Apple Digital Masters.

It could happen that for some reason the mix and or master does not sound like you've expected. We all have our own taste when it comes to music, so I am happy to make adjustments on the mix and or master till you're happy with it.

Please let me know in as much detail as possible what needs to be changed so I can resolve it for you.

Note that after 5 revisions there is a extra charge for €50,00. There is no option for a total refund after the mix/master has been delivered.
